Research, Evidence and Learning (REL) Coordinator

Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Research, Evidence, and Learning (REL) Coordinator leads the design andimplementation of the organization’s REL Strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and global frameworks. This role drives evidence-based decision-making by producing high-quality research, evaluations, and learning products that address evidence gaps, measure the achievements and effectiveness of our work,and ultimately enhance programmatic impact. The REL coordinator will be responsible for Both programmatic and advocacy research in close collaboration withhead of Policyand advocacy to design, implement and generate evidence for advocacy purpose. The REL Coordinator facilitates the development of the office’s REL Agenda, collaborating with internal teams, global stakeholders, donors, and external partners to design and implement a robust agenda, securing necessary funding and fostering strategic partnerships. The position will also leadthe integration of a learning culture within the Syria Country Office (SCO) and work closely with other staffto ensure that learning is seen as the responsibility of everyone and is integrated withinthe work of all departments and teams.
