Tasks & Responsibilities
Strategic Direction, Planning & Budget Monitoring
Define the strategic direction of the Fundraising Operations and Systems Unit in alignment with departmental objectives.
Lead the development of annual operational plans and priorities, monitor implementation, and ensure rigorous budget follow-up.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving data, CRM development, and gift processing, applying project management best practices to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Team management
Lead, support, and guide the FOSU team by defining clear roles, setting priorities, and fostering professional development in line with departmental objectives.
Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, process optimisation, and continuous improvement within the team, ensuring ways of working and value delivery are constantly enhanced.
Drive a culture of performance, service orientation, and accountability across all team functions to ensure the unit proactively supports evolving fundraising needs.
Ensure the structured use of project management tools and methods to drive operational efficiency, track progress, and provide accountability in the delivery of all unit activities.
