Job Description

Primary Responsibilities
Develop and implement administrative strategies in alignment with MCA’s mission and objectives.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive planning and execution of projects.
Oversee budget planning, allocation, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Lead the HR team in recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and staff development.
Work with the MCA General Counsel to ensure compliance with local labor laws and MCC guidelines and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Ensure transparency and effective communication regarding MCA’s activities and decisions.
Identify potential administrative and operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Oversee the management of facilities, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures per MCC guidelines and local regulations.
Monitor compliance and take corrective actions as needed.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the administrative team.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, encouraging professional growth and development.
Prepare comprehensive reports detailing MCA’s administrative activities, financial status, and project progress.
Present reports to the executive team, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
Oversee the daily tasks and responsibilities of the HR Director and Information Technology Manager.
