We are hiring CA article students on behalf of many Chartered Accountancy firms.

- Contract duration: 3-4 years depend on educational qualifications.
- Nature: Full Time
- Allowance: As per ICAB’s policy. However negotiable for exceptional candidate
Main duties & responsibilities:
There are different stages for the CA article student. At the initial stage of the article, the student will be given the opportunity for practical learning about auditing, accounting, filling, dealing with clients, assisting seniors, and drafting the report. The article student will be responsible for completing the full audit, preparation of the financial statement, tax consulting, and advisory services with the help of different teams, managers, and directors. He or she will be given the opportunity to deal with different companies, NGOs, educational institutes, banking, non-banking, etc., which is great for being an expert in the accounting industry. S/he will also be engaged in different professional services other than auditing and accounting, and through this, the article student will be a leader in the financial industry. He or she must make frequent visits to the client’s office.
External Audit and Internal Audit:
• Prepare the audit plan, meet with the client, and conduct the audit.
• Finalization of financial statements, notes to accounts, explanatory notes, drafting of audit reports.
• Verification of Statutory Compliances Related to TDS, Income Tax Provisions, Accounting, and Auditing Standards.
• Audit of various areas such as fixed assets, depreciation, banking, finance, receivables, payables, loans, salaries, tax compliances, etc.
• Vouching and verification of the cash book, bank book, journal entries, sales and purchase registers, ledger scrutiny, statutory payments, and due dates.
• Assist with research, filing, data entry, testing, transposing, recording, and maintaining accurate and complete financial records as part of assurance, advisory, tax, or accounting engagements.
Tax and VAT:
• Prepare working papers, tax returns, and financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.
• Preparation of income tax returns for individuals and companies
• Filling out the income tax return with the tax authority
• Dealing with tax authorities for hearings and submitting required documents.
• Preparing all necessary statements and documents in consultation with the clients
• Preparing all the TDS and VAT returns and submitting them to the authority
Company Formation and Management Service:
• Prepare all required documents for the formation of the company.
• Prepare the return for RJSC, BIDA, NGOAB, and other government authorities.
• Advise the client to prepare their statement based on the requirements of government authority.
• Ensure different types of services, such as research and HR.
• Assist the firm in providing training on different topics.
• Provide accounting, payroll, and other services for the clients as per the requirements of the firm.
Business Valuation Services:
• Determine the fair market value of a business entity.
• Assess the value of intangible assets such as goodwill, patents, trademarks, and brand recognition.
• Analyze financial statements, market conditions, industry trends, and future cash flows.
• Utilize various valuation methodologies like income approach, market approach, and asset-based approach.
• Provide valuation reports for transactions, litigation, shareholder disputes, and regulatory compliance.
Asset Valuation Services:
• Evaluate tangible assets like real estate, machinery, equipment, and inventory.
• Assess the condition, depreciation, and useful life of assets.
• Determine replacement cost, fair market value, or liquidation value.
• Conduct physical inspections and appraisals to ascertain asset values accurately.
• Offer asset management solutions to optimize asset utilization and minimize risk.
Others Duties:
• Assist senior members of the team with their duties.
• Participate actively in team discussions and listen to other team members.
• Work with a variety of software.
• Honesty and integrity are required when handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Learn how to collaborate as part of a team to compile and analyze data, track information, and provide support to the company or clients.
• Take on additional tasks or projects to gain a better understanding of the accounting profession.
• When you become senior article students, you will be in charge of the team.
Qualifications:
• Masters degree from recognized university or
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or
• A Level or HSC
