Job Description:
As an Admission Officer, you will be responsible for managing the admission process, guiding prospective students, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. Your role will involve interacting with students, parents, and other stakeholders to promote our institution and its programs.
Position: Admission Officer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: On-site
Working Days: Weekdays and Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete admission process, including evaluation of applicants and conducting interviews.
- Provide information and guidance to prospective students and their families regarding admission procedures, requirements, and deadlines.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract potential students.
- Organize and participate in admission events, such as open houses and campus tours.
- Maintain accurate records of applications and admissions-related data.
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment with program offerings.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding admissions and programs.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Education, Business Administration, etc.).
- Candidates with English medium background will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum two years of experience in the relevant field
- Previous experience in reputed English medium schools will be preferred
Other Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Must be fluent in English Language
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
